Two hundred-plus choral students from across the district fine-tuned their vocal skills this week as Walled Lake Northern and Walled Lake Western hosted choral workshops lead by guest clinicians.
The James R. Geisler Middle School student newspaper, The Geisler Chronicles, received national recognition by the American Scholastic Press Association (ASPA) as one of the top middle school newspapers in the country.
The Board of Education approved Stuart Riley to remain as the permanent principal at James R. Geisler Middle School at the May 4, 2023 meeting. Riley has served as the school’s interim principal since January 9, 2023 and will start his permanent role for the 2023-24 school year on July 1.
Student artists from Meadowbrook Elementary, Oakley Park Elementary, James R. Geisler Middle School and Walled Lake Western High School were recognized during the February 2023 Board of Education Meeting.
